The other shoe has dropped, Oppo. First acquisition was the !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! and yesterday I upped my JalopCred slightly with this new (to me) diesel wagon. However it’s not brown and they just don’t make these in manual (which is probs good for me and my 124-mile round trip commute). The beloved Fusion, now sidelined because of no availability of a replacement airbag for the recall , will likely go to school with one of the kids in the fall.

Details:
2016 328d with sport package and entertainment system upgrade, pano roof and gobs of the tourques. ~23K miles.

Also, I seem to have forgotten how to use my blinker ...

If you can’t see the blinker of the BMW it just means you are too poor to view it...

Congrats ! Wish they made a 340i wagon for the US.

Make sure you top off the blinker fluid from time to time

“ my 124-mile round trip commute”

Jeebus, at least you have something comfortable to do it in.

That is an awesome car right there. Didn’t know they still sold a diesel 3 series

Nice! Great pick for that long commute! I feel like German cars love being driven a lot like that.

I was just browsing 328 wagons the other day since they are just so handsome and San Francisco is absolutely flooded with them . I already knew you can’t get 6 cylinders, a manual, or rear-wheel-drive. However, t hey also start  about the same as a 340 sedan and there’s only 1 in stock within 100 miles of me! Why, BMW???

Nice! The interiors of these cars are nice places to be especially if you have a longer commute. Curious as what you are refering to as a blinker though, I dont think my car has one...

This one was sitting on Mossy Ford’s lot for 68 days by the time I bought it. They were very close to sending it to auction in the PNW because they do relatively well there. They ended up taking a $4800 hit by selling it to me but they could have lost even more at the auction. Why they didn’t send this to one of their high line stores instead of keeping it on the Ford lot is beyond me. These cars are not easy to sell in the best of cases because nobody cross-shops  a diesel x-drive wagon with, well, practically anything. You have to match the car with the buyer.

Yikes! My strategy if I’m ever to buy one is to find one towards the middle of the country and fly out to get it. In fact, now I’m tempted to look at just that.
